Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Process:


Step 1: Log In
You must log in to view prices or add products to your cart. This can be done by selecting 'Log in' or 'My Account' on the top menu or by selecting 'Login to your account' on the product page. 
After log in, you will be redirected to the My Account page. You can make changes to your account information or view past orders from this page. 
Special Note:
All Returning Customers (anyone not creating a new account) will need to reset their password on their first visit to the redesigned web store. You only need to do this once! 
To reset your password, select the blue  'Reset my Password' button from My Account page. You will be prompted to enter your email and a link will be sent to the address provided to complete the reset process. 


Step 2: Navigate to Product Category Page
Once logged in, you can navigate using the top menu which is organized by ETD type. You can shop for all supplies or by individual products including swabs/traps, consumables, parts and kits.
Step 3: Add Products to Cart
Add Products to your cart by clicking 'View Details' from the category page and then selecting 'Add to Cart' from the product page.
After you add the product to your cart you will be presented with the option to Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.
You can also view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

Step 4: Checkout
Select 'Proceed to Checkout' to complete your order or click on shopping cart icon on top right of page. Our simple, one page checkout makes ordering faster.
You can select from a saved profile or enter new information
Available shipping methods are automatically loaded for all customers (no more coupon codes!)
Lastly, select 'Check out' to complete your order.


Step 5: Order Confirmation
A confirmation email with order details with be sent to account's main email. You can also log into your account at any time to view order details or print your invoice.

  2. From the My Account page you have the option to:
    1. View Recent Orders: View order information or reorder 
    2. View Saved Carts: Continue a previous shopping session
    3. View Address Book: Add additional address or stations to your account
    4. View/Create an RMA Request: Send us a product or equipment request directly from your account
    5. View Recommended Products: Suggested products based on your ordering and browsing history
